PatchWerk Recording Studios in Atlanta, Georgia was founded in 1993 by NFL offensive tackle Bob Whitfield of the Atlanta Falcons. Originally born out of Whitfield's love of music, the football player started researching the music industry through books, magazines, and even school courses. Throughout the years, PatchWerk has recorded many songs for artists including Usher, Jay-Z, Destiny's Child, and Missy Elliott.
